Cocteau’s surreal beat-era masterpiece returns to the stage in this dream-like production. Orpheus, the world’s greatest poet, struggles to transcend the limitations of his humanity. He follows a dark and mysterious Princess through the the other world to save his love. But which one - the wife who is his life, or the Princess who is his Death? Death falls in love, time is transcended and the veil between the worlds is torn asunder.
ORPHEUS runs January 21 thru February 12 Thursdays - Saturdays at 8pm (box office opens 1/2 hour before showtime)
Pay-what-you-will Sunday matinees: Jan. 30 & Feb. 6 @ 2pm
All Thursday shows are 2-for-1 for Students (with valid ID)
